How To Determine Your Undertone

Cool: The Satin Matte Cool tone range has the widest range depth for the lightest skin tones and darkest skin tones. The Cool tone shades go well with more pink undertones.

Neutral: The Satin Matte Neutral tones are best for those with cool-peach undertones. The Neutral tone range has a slightly more yellow base than the Cool tone shades, but still falls more towards the cooler end of the spectrum when compared with the Beige or Warm tone shades.

Beige: The Satin Matte Beige tone range is best suited for the most neutral peach undertones. It's slightly warmer than the Neutral shades, but not quite as golden/olive-toned as the Warm shades. If the Olive tones are close to a match, but not exactly fitting, the Beige range will have a match for you.

Warm: The Satin Matte Warm tone shades work best for those with a more subtle yellow undertone. If foundations sometimes appear pink against your skin tone, the Warm shade range will be the best match for your skin.

Olive: If you find Neutral or Beige shades to be close but not quite right, the Olive tones will likely be the match for you. The Olive line suits those with neutral-brown undertones. Olive shades do tend to run deeper than other undertones.

How To Determine Your Depth

Level 1: You have fair skin that easily burn in the sun. You typically wear the lightest shades in other foundations, or often are unable to find shades light enough.

Level 2: You have fair to light skin and may burn in the sun with initial exposure. You are likely in the lightest to light shade range in other foundations.

Level 3: You have light skin and are able to build a tan with regular exposure, but may experience burn initially. You likely are in the second to third shade of light foundations.

Level 4: You have light-medium skin and rarely burn, and likely tan easily. If you usually fall in between light and medium foundation shades depending on time of year, the light-medium will b be the best match for you.

Level 5: You have true medium skin that tans easily and never burns.

Level 6: You have medium-deep skin tone. While your skin may deepen with more sun exposure, your doesn't ever burn.

Level 7: You have a deep skin tone and are likely the deepest or next-to-deepest shade in other foundations.

Level 8 and 9: If you have typically had trouble finding a deep enough shade of foundation in the past, look no further. These deeply pigmented shade ranges are formulated to match your rich skin tone.
